Invite Staff
Send email invitations to staff members. They create their own password and are immediately linked to your workspace.
Card Assignment
Assign one or more virtual cards to each staff member. Staff see only their assigned cards.
TOTP for Staff
Staff members can optionally enable TOTP two-factor authentication on their accounts for added security.
Delegate Access
Grant owner-level access to a trusted delegate. Configure exactly which actions they can take using RBAC.
Account Management
Freeze or close staff accounts at any time. Frozen accounts retain their data but cannot log in.
Staff Billing
Staff Seats are billed at $4.99/seat/month, deducted from workspace wallet. Volume discounts from 6+ seats.
Role Comparison
Staff have limited permissions by design. They can request but not approve.
